For those of you who made it, how did you enjoy (and use) what you learned from the Mobility class? Obviously it’s a ton of useful information but it’s only as valuable as you make it. It becomes worthless if you don’t use. For those who haven’t made it yet, don’t worry, there will be more opportunties.

    I especially enjoyed shoving a lacrosse ball into Wendy R.’s sweaty armpit. Hahahhaha! Okay, I really liked learning about the different movements with the ball that Doc Pauley showed us today. I think regular use of these movements could be useful and I don’t even have any specific mobility issues. As a kinesthetic learner, I personally have trouble just reading stuff in books and then applying instruction — I need to see it done and do it myself. So for me, the class was superior to just buying a book and trying stuff out.

    Completely agree!! There’s been many times I’ve felt myself starting to bonk and would pay a king’s ransom for something small to eat before/during/after a WOD. That said, please don’t charge a king’s ransom ;)
