I don’t know why I’m so fascinated with Coach Sara Wood. She’s a mystery to me and I just need to know what makes her tick. Maybe because it’s all of the jobs she’s had that you wouldn’t expect her to of had (be sure to ask for her about her employment history when you see her. You may be surprised). It may be all of her (many) athletic endeavors. Or it may be super strict Vegan diet.
Regardless of whatever it is, the fact remains that Sara is literally to most dedicated and disciplined person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Everything that she decides she’s going to do, you better have pity for whatever stands in her way because she’s knocking it down. She’s a great coach (ask anyone who participated in the White Challenge), a phenomenal athlete (ask the disgruntled teams CFW crushed in regionals), and an excellant role model for anyone in the gym (ask her “daughters” in the gym).
Coach Sara is hard as nails. Her WOD shouldn’t be any different. However, to perform this safely, please be sure to get yourself hydrated, eat and sleep well, bring water to the gym, and pace yourself.
