For those of you who did the WOD with wall ball slams a few weeks ago, a lot of you mentioned that it helped alot with your anger for the day. Whether you’re stressed from work, mad at your boss, kids stressing you out, and so on, working out is the best way to relieve that stress. What better way to take your anger out than slamming a ball down on the ground?? Pretend it’s their face.. it works.
