Bring A Friend 4 Flyer

It is that time again…Bring a Friend Day at CFW is back and it is time for you to show off your strength and skills to your friends, family or the stranger you picked up on the way in.  We will be hosting your friends 3 days this week, Tuesday the 9th, Thursday the 11th and Saturday the 13th.  Please come in about 15 mins early so we can get your buddy set up and ready to go prior to class.
