Congratulations to Brittany Alexander for joining a long and proud list of Public Servants training here at CFW. Not only did Britt crush 24 weeks of recruit school, she set a new school Pull Up Record in the process by performing 20 consecutive pull ups. If Brittany’s determination and dedication in the Box is any indication of her performance as a Police Officer, the streets of Manassas City better beware!! Great job, Brittany! I’m sure I speak for all of us when I say we’re proud of you!

PERSON A: 1 LAP KETTLEBELL CARRY 53#/35#

PERSON B: STATIC BAR HANG

PERSON C: BARBELL THRUSTERS 45#/35#

*Team rotates every time 1 lap is completed. Barbell can only be “thrusted” when Person B is hanging on the bar. Score is total number of thrusters completed in 8 minutes.

REST 1 MINUTE

AMRAP IN 8 MINUTES

PERSON A: 1 LAP OVERHEAD BARBELL CARRY 45#/35#

PERSON B: PLANK HOLD

PERSON C: KETTLEBELL SWINGS 53#/35#

*Team rotates every time 1 lap is completed. Kettlebell can only be swung when Person B holds a plank. Barbell can only be moved around the track when it is locked out overhead. Score is total number of KBS completed in 8 minutes.

Your Team’s score is total reps completed in both AMRAPs added together.
