Today was packed after hours with people working on skills, people showing others technique and working on junk. I loved seeing it. Working on my weaknesses has been the number on thing that has been most gratifying these days for me. I used to hate when pistols came up in a WOD or overhead squats. After doing the 30’s in todays team WOD I realized my hard work has paid off. Paying attention to my mobility and balance has gotten me to the point where I can lock and load my pistols and crank them out. Now, they’re actually fun. I’m writing this post whilst pistoling as a matter of fact.
