Today’s the day.. Kinetic Bootcamp’s very first event!! I will have a set up in the courtyard right next to the Tropical Smoothie on Hoadly Road from 2-5pm tomorrow. WODs will be at 2:00, 3:00, and 4:00 pm. This will be a free class for everyone, so it does NOT count toward your weekly classes. “Flip Flop Day” is free smoothie day in support of Camp Sunshine (more info on that on their website). Also, make sure you bring a pair of flip flops in order to get your free smoothie after you WOD!! Hence “Flip Flop Day”. I hope to see everyone at some point during the day! Love you all.
Partner Cluster (clean to thruster) ladder:
Partners make their way through the cluster ladder as far as both athletes can make it. Both do not have to cluster the weight in order to advance. 1 partner can keep moving if the other cannot cluster the given bar. Weight will be totaled to equal a score. Example; athlete 1 finishes the ladder at 185 and athlete 2 finishes at 225. 225+185=410 total.
