Today we do a benchmark workout, “Jackie”, a WOD that will be featured in this weekends CrossFit Games Regional Event. It is important as CrossFit Athletes that all of us do benchmark workouts on a regular basis and we TRACK OUR TIMES!! We did “Jackie” a few months ago so look back in your log books and see what your times were. Benchmarks keep us accountable to work hard everyday and forces us to continue to improve. So go hard!!
