You’ve all had the pleasure of experiencing a “tabata” WOD when we did it last month. As I told many of you, it was named after a Japanese man who studied anaerobic and aerobic training techniques that were high intensity and supportive of general physical fitness. I have found that it’s one of the best and easiest workouts that can be done virtually anywhere with any kind of equipment. A great WOD technique to use while on vacation and unable to make it to the gym.
