The much awaited Whole life Challenge is here for you finally! I know a lot of you have waited patiently for us to post the link and honestly, we may be a little early so I’m nervous to give it to you. Here it is though:

This challenge is about capturing exactly what’s going on in your day and life that you can change for the better. It may be that you aren’t getting enough sleep, you aren’t mobilizing enough or you aren’ eating paleo at all when you thought you were. This challenge will allow you to dig as deep as you want in to your day and find out what you CAN DO BETTER. So what you lost a point today! In teams of two, how many? 2
60 pull-ups, partner holds pull-up bar
60 Wall balls, partner holds bottom of the squat
60 push-ups, partner holds plank position
60 KBS, partner does head spins. Ooor, if you don’t have head spins you can hold the deadlift position (225, 185)








Watch, someone in the gym is gonna bust out their secret break dancing moves and not have to do the dead lift hold.
