This challenge is about capturing exactly what’s going on in your day and life that you can change for the better. It may be that you aren’t getting enough sleep, you aren’t mobilizing enough or you aren’ eating paleo at all when you thought you were. This challenge will allow you to dig as deep as you want in to your day and find out what you CAN DO BETTER. So what you lost a point today! 60 pull-ups, partner holds pull-up bar
60 Wall balls, partner holds bottom of the squat
60 push-ups, partner holds plank position
60 KBS, partner does head spins. Ooor, if you don’t have head spins you can hold the deadlift position (225, 185)
