Of course it’s a home away from home — there’s even a dog!! Seriously, the first thing I saw, the first time I walked into CrossFit Woodbridge was SEAMUS. I remember thinking, “There’s a dog here?? COOL!!” When I realized he was a cool, laid back, non-squirrely dog I also knew I was going to like whoever brought him. Because (as I ironically happened to overhear Dan saying today) the dog’s a reflection of his owner. So when I saw the gym owner was the dog’s pack leader I was like, Okay, double cool. The dog’s calm and well-balanced, which means the owner of this gym will be calm, assertive, and well balanced. Which brings us back to *home* because that’s how I was raised. Then there’s all the people you get to see every day and suffer with all the time and that’s a lot like family, too. ;) (Now Dan can’t write FAIL on the next blog).

  2. If you feel as if your time would be better spent sleeping there so you don’t have to drive back and forth, yooouuu might be addicted. #crossfitprobs

    lol @ Amy.
Might this answer your question…I’ve brought wine to the gym and hung out and watched people wod just because. Alcoholic?…no. Feeling like I have family and friends at CFW…YES! It where I love spending my time.
Also, worst thing said to me this week, “We’re going to have to put your membership on hold.” #Devastated

  4. Wine at CF?! That sounds like Utopia to me. So Dan, how much for me to just move into the place? I’ll pay rent. ;)
