If you had the delightful opportunity to partake in tonights WOD then you also had the opportunity to discover a new weakness. That’s right! Add kettlebell overhead squats to the list people. How difficult can it possibly be to hold a kettlebell or a dumbbell over head and squat it?? HARD. I had some things come out that I didn’t even know I had honestly. Anyway, add it to the list to work on and get better at.
Also, WHERE ARE ALL THE ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS IN THE TWO PREVIOUS POSTS???!!! FAIL!!

Is the jumping squats with a bar or without? And if I read this properly you have to do one run and one row both for 800 meters? Example if I choose to run the 800 at the beginning them I must row the last 800 right? I will be doing this at work and need clarification. thanks! I’m there in spirit!!
