OK I must put my 2 cents in— I assume she is doing a SDHP, aside from leaning back a little, she is doing it right. Also, this type of forum, especially CFW’s site, should display Positive Stories, CFW athletes busting the WOD and having fun….That’s all I’m saying….CYA at the next WOD-
