Time to attack a weakness

Today we attack a difficult task in our skills session…rope climbs.  Contrary to popular belief rope climbs take little to no upper body strength.  If you are able to focus and establish good technique you will be fast and secure on the rope.  Take your time, learn the correct foot placement and dominate this sometimes frightening and difficult task.  Stay persistent and determined to defeat the rope.
