Henry Ford once said, “There is no happiness except in the realization that we have accomplished something.” I think we have all felt that happiness here at CFW, maybe it was during your intro session when you finished pull up #10, or maybe when you set a snatch PR during last weekends Olympic lifting final. I say that to encourage all of you to set goals for yourself on a regular basis, write them down, look at them often and work hard to achieve them. It is important to make your goals realistic and attainable but also make them difficult to reach. We are here to help you reach your goals, tell us what they are and we will do our best. When you crush your goals tell us so we can celebrate with you!
