I hope all of you enjoyed the excitement of the Hopper Deck today. Some great WODs were pulled, run a 5K, “Badger”, “Grace”, “Filthy 50”, “Nancy” and “Tabata. We are now all more prepared for life than we were yesterday. I hope this led to us identifying some of our weaknesses, it is up to you to attack those weaknesses and make them strengths. Don’t forget a great way to work on your weaknesses is to come to the Sunday Skills Sessions at 10am.
If you want to see the CFW Competition Team take on a hopper, make your way to CrossFit BWI this weekend for The Mid-Atlantic Hopper, one of the biggest CrossFit events in this region. Competition starts early Saturday morning and concludes Sunday afternoon.
Also, there is going to be a teaser Food Co-op Friday starting at 4:30pm. If you’d like to participate in this cook something Whole Life Challenge approved and bring it to the box. Cook enough food for 5-7 peeps so others can take some home with them. Bring the food you’ve prepared and some tupperware to bring what you like home with you. If you’d like to print your recipe you can do that as well. This is in preparation for a full blown food co-op coming soon chili cook-off style.
Monday hours will be 9am and 10am for Columbus Day.
