Have you guys been (re)watching the games on ESPN2 this week?
As exciting as the games were (are), few things have inspired me more than watching you guys push hard and dig deep the past two days on 2 long, tough WODs. I’ve seen you guys literally push through blood, sweat, and tears (again, great job, Sherelle) to gain your fitness the hard way.
A few reminders:
-Thursday’s Olympic Lifting Training is at 7:30PM.
-There are a couple more days to sign up for the Whole Life Challenge so do it now!
-All Saturday classes are cancelled, including Yoga.
-Whole Life Challenge participants: Please arrive at CFW at 8AM to be measured. Your preliminary workout will promptly begin afterwards.
-Make up opportunities for measurements and the WOD will be posted soon.
